Emergency key blade cut and replacement remote fob (minus electronics) for Range Rover. First class service from a person (John) whom you felt as if you’d known for years at a first meeting. Highly recommend. Thanks John again for a great service.

We’d lost the key to an old 1920s safe and called John to see if he could help. He managed to unlock it without needing to drill into it - or resort to explosives! 💥🧨 A fantastic result and a great bit of skill. We couldn’t be more delighted. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would highly recommend John, he fixed my car key which had snapped in my ignition for a fraction of the price quoted by the dealership. The dealership said they could do it in 7-14 days but John fixed it for me the same day, it only took him about 20 minutes. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend!!

The key for my car completely sheared off and I couldn’t get into my car as I only have one set of keys. John managed to come the same day as I called and was able to open the car and get a new set of keys in only a few hours.

We had John out to a lockout of a vehicle, first class response to our situation, communication was great prior to his undertaking of accessing the vehicle, turned up bang on the time he said he would, Quickly assessed the issues and managed to come up with a solution to access vehicle. Would also note his approach to his work is extremely professional, I would have no hesitation to recommend him, in a situation where individuals may feel vulnerable on their own ,stuck out of their vehicle, he’s a very approachable and friendly guy, my wife felt comfortable around him, due to his friendly manner and professionalism. His costs are very competitive and you will receive value for your money, polite , knowledgeable, prompt, good timekeeping, approachable, thorough in his work.

John provided assistance for an issue I was having with a jammed lock on a Sunday morning as I was just getting back from holidays. He was very quick to respond and assist on the phone as well as provide directions to try and troubleshoot the issue while waiting for a technician. I appreciated the kindness and patience displayed and would definitely recommend his services to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you, John!

Amazing locksmith who couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. John had to work under difficult circumstances with Police Involvement and he remained supportive, friendly and professional. The work carried out was also perfect. Would highly recommend John and will definitely use him in the future.

Excellent service with a very delicate situation - John got my sister into her home that she’d fled from, after being physically and mentally abused by a bald ex partner. John was excellent and sensitive to the situation, and very professional.

Brilliant service. Broken lock replaced with a more secure lock, keys cut very efficient and quick. I later asked about further keys during lockdown and they were cut and popped through the letterbox. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed. No extortionate prices either

John was on site within 15 minutes and was able to gain access very quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. Very happy with the service and the standard fees. Highly recommend John Mutch over the national companies. If you ever require an emergency licensed locksmith, try John first!!!
